Member Club Forum
The NBCA forum is to allow member clubs of the NBCA to discuss issues pertaining to the NBCA. Each member club is allowed two delegates to be that club's representative on the forum. Each delegate then reports back to their club on the issues and discussions held through the forum. From the forum, motions will be put forward at NBCA meetings.
Each club is to notify the NBCA web manager to notify the NBCA of their delegates or changes to delegates.
